Mr. Duncan has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years and offers a seasoned professional approach to assisting clients in determining goals, implementing plans and providing personalized advice. He opened Duncan Investment Partners in 2009 to better serve his clients as an independent advisor.
A Washington DC native and graduate of Frostburg State University, his professional designations include the Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Wendy joined the team in 2016. She heads up the New England office.
Wendy has over twenty years experience in the financial services industry. Her specialty is helping to provide education and guidance to clients who desire an investment plan that seeks to grow and protect wealth.
Her client base is purposefully diverse. Wendy believes that all clients, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, orientation, religious affiliation or financial status deserve the absolute best and most cost effective financial services available.

A graduate of Towson State University. Joined the team in 2012. She brings with her a host of service management experience from her years as an account manager with a local logistics firm. She is responsible for overseeing the client experience and managing client/administrative services.
Richard OtrembaPlanning Assistant
Rich joined the team in 2014 and brings wire house experience and knowledge. As a licensed assistant, Rich is responsible for providing administrative support to advisors that are conducting investment research and portfolio planning.
Rich is a graduate of Towson State University and member of both the Beta Gamma Sigma and Golden Key National Honor Societies. Rich earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2011.
