He opened Duncan Investment Partners in 2009 to better serve his clients as an independent advisor.
A Washington DC native and graduate of Frostburg State University, his professional designations include the Chartered Financial Consultant from the American College and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning.
